Create Quizzes with Google FormsGoogle Forms is a useful tool to help you give students a quiz, or collect other information in an easy, streamlined way. A Google form can be connected to a Google spreadsheet. If a spreadsheet is linked to the form, responses will automatically be sent to the spreadsheet. Otherwise, users can view them on the “Summary of Responses” page accessible from the Responses menu. Click on the Google icon to learn how.

Got GAFE? Be sure to check with your admin. They may have it set up so that students must log in to be able to fill out a Google Form. Note that when someone logs in you have the option of directly sending them their results via their email.
Also- If things aren't working quite right, talk to your admin. They may have restrictions set that they can modify. |
Create a Symbaloo Webmix just for your Google Forms Quizzes. Embed the webmix in your teacher webpage/portfolio and students can go there to take the quizzes. Keep the quizzes private (not shared) until you want the students to access them. Then be sure to share with 'anyone who has the link' when you want the students to be able to access the quiz.

2. Go to “Form” dropdown in the spreadsheet view, and click “Embed form in a webpage. 3. This will give you the embed code to place on your website. 4. Place this wherever you would like on your website, and your students will be able to take the quiz! * Keep in mind that as soon as you do this the students will be able to see the entire quiz unless you lock down the webpage (password protect). |
*Activity: 1. Create a Google Forms quiz.
